Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Some customized orders are processed manually through WhatsApp. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout or via WhatsApp is complete and accurate.

By using our website or placing an order through WhatsApp, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental or guardian consent.

All customization details such as baby name, size, color, and design instructions must be accurate and final at the time of order confirmation.

You will not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Any misuse, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service or communication to anyone at any time for any valid reason, including misuse of our website or WhatsApp ordering process.

By placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp, SMS, or email for order confirmation, customization approval, or delivery updates.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION & DISPLAY

All products are custom-made and prepared upon order confirmation. Once a design is approved, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

We make every effort to display product images and colors accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Sizes follow standard measurements, but minor variations in fit may occur. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & MODIFICATIONS

All prices are listed in PKR and may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Delivery charges, promotional discounts, and bundle offers will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed through WhatsApp before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, offer, or bundle at our discretion without liability.

SECTION 5 – BILLING & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, active phone number, and correct delivery address when placing an order.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or if we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or resale-related activity.

As our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly customized.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the problem.

Junior Babies will not be liable for delays caused by courier services, errors in customer-provided customization details, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
