Return & Refund Policy – Junior Babies

At Junior Babies, we take great care to ensure your customized products are exactly as you ordered. Since each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, disliking the design, or incorrect size selection.

If there is an error from our side—such as wrong color, incorrect size, incorrect name, or any customization mistake—we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Issues with Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item ( e.g. incorrect name, color, or size)  defective, or damaged item, contact us immediately at juniorbabies124@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. Our team will review the case and arrange a free exchange if the issue is confirmed.

Non-returnable Items

As all our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for

Change of mind or personal preferences

Mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process (e.g. incorrect name, color, or size)

Any used or washed item

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the error is from our side, we’ll replace the item without any additional charges. There’s no need to send back the original product in most cases—we’ll guide you on the next steps once your claim is reviewed.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to fulfill a valid replacement. Once approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at juniorbabies124@gmail.com
